Scott# C14b Block of 4 Without the surcharge in a block of four, Error in position 28, Scott has only listed similar previously as C14a (same as invert) "pair", one without surcharge", so unique item as a block of four: George MacLellan and John head examined the item and determined it's genuineness with a certificate being issued by John Head.

Scott# 190a Positions 5-10, 17-20, and 27-30 (presented in order); this variety, found on the far right of the strip, was caused by a shift of the surcharge, so that the two horizontal bars are found on the stamp to the left. Three copies of six recorded are presented here.

Scott# 192 Normal Example and Scott # 192a Widespread Bars Upper Bar is thick in Positions 1-5; thin Widespread Bars for the balance of the sheet.

Scott #'s 122c and 123a, Missing Overprints, MacLellan opinionated that five copies of 122c and eight copies of 123a are recorded from the original sheets of 20. Other specialist believe there may be more copies from the original sheet of 20. EX. Schoberlin
